Reverse Engineering Project. Survey of the Built Model, Reproduction of Technical Drawings, and 3D Rendering.
Often, some companies do not have an in‑house technical department and, for market‑related reasons, need to provide their product with a bill of materials or any required technical documentation describing the technical aspects of the equipment. In this case, the client physically supplied the machine, and we measured all components to reproduce them in 3D, creating a complete archive and historical record.
We then assembled the full machine model and generated a ballooned exploded view with part codes for manuals and spare‑parts documentation.
Starting from the physical machine, all components were surveyed and a ballooned exploded view with part codes was created for the spare‑parts manual.
