PROTOTYPING

We are equipped to meet a wide range of customer needs through the following prototyping solutions:

Stereolithography: FORM 2 for 3D resin printing, with a maximum build volume of 145 × 145 × 175 mm (various resin types available).

Sampling: Prototyping and sample production on behalf of the Client.
With stereolithography printing, we can deliver physical prototypes in a short time. Our service includes both modeling the object upon Client request and directly printing the 3D model provided to us. We produce mechanical components using resins with mechanical properties suitable for testing and simulated trials.
We also print character designs for enthusiasts, as well as many other custom objects useful for solving issues related to items that are difficult to find on the market.
For sampling activities, we can also supply finished prototypes produced through mechanical machining, as well as prototypes of objects and equipment, after conducting an in‑depth study of the materials to be used before moving into production.
