Extended Design and Development Project Carried Out with the Technical Staff of a Leading Electronics Manufacturer
We consider this project to be one of our most representative achievements — a true flagship example that reflects the quality of our work and the strength of the collaboration established with the client. We were entrusted with the design of all the supports and brackets to be integrated into the existing structures, with the goal of sustaining electronic equipment positioned just 1 mm apart from one another along a span of approximately 80 meters. This challenge required absolute precision, especially given the significant thermal variations typical of the environments in which the structures were installed.
To ensure the project’s feasibility, we developed a comprehensive preliminary study, which was later physically built at the company’s facility. This prototype allowed practical assembly tests to be carried out, validating the proposed design solutions directly on site and refining every detail before moving on to final production.
